ADVICE ON CONDITIONS OF USE FOR HALL USERS We want you all to get the best use of the Hall and below have listed some simple rules which I hope you will pass on to your group:
The John McLintock Hall Trust cannot take responsibility for loss or damage to user's person or equipment or any illness resulting from the distribution of good by lessees. Users will be liable for any loss or damage to Hall property or that of any other group whose property they are not entitled to use. THE ABOVE ADVICE IS FOR REGULAR HALL USERS IN FORMAL GROUPS/ORGANISATIONS. THE TRUST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OTHER ‘PRIVATE’ BOOKINGS AT ITS DISCRETION. |
